Zigzag Running - technical skill

Here’s a way of running that is on another level. Running in a zigzag pattern is sprinting with an abrupt change of direction.

This approach is used most prominently in team sports like American football, soccer, basketball, etc. when the athletes need to maneuver to avoid other players. This year it was part of a varied and ever changing CrossFit® Games event schedule. There are many uses for the zigzag movement, so it is worth the effort to perfect it.
