A 2-Day, 16-Hour Running Continuing Education Seminar for Licensed Health and Performance Professionals
This running CE seminar equips licensed professionals with a standardized method for assessing and correcting running mechanics in clinical and performance settings. Participants conduct guided video analysis and supervised practical sessions throughout both days. The curriculum follows the standardized Pose Method® model developed by Dr. Nicholas Romanov.
Enrollment is limited to preserve instructional quality.
Registration: $890 per participant.
Limited to 20–30 participants per seminar.
Early registration is recommended.
Running is frequently addressed in clinical and performance environments, yet it is rarely taught as a structured motor skill. This seminar defines running through a standardized mechanical model and delivers a repeatable framework for assessment and correction.
The emphasis is on observable structure, repeatable assessment, and supervised application.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
The seminar is delivered in a structured format integrating classroom instruction with supervised physical application across both days.
Total Instructional Time: 16 contact hours, 8 contact hours per day.
(Lunch and break periods are excluded from contact hour calculation.)
Format: In-person, 2 consecutive days
Certificate: A certificate documenting contact hours will be issued upon completion.
Approval Status: Approval varies by state. Participants are responsible for verifying eligibility within their own licensing jurisdiction.
Prior experience with the Pose Method® is not required.
The Pose Method® framework has been delivered in military, corporate, and institutional environments through on-site training programs and educational presentations.
Programs have included military units as well as organizations such as Apple, Microsoft, and Lenovo.
These institutional programs differ from the 2-day continuing education seminar format described above.
